Cancellation & Returns
We do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of coffee. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied.
In case of any changes/ cancellation, please contact us within 7 AM next day of order confirmation and we will do our best to fulfill. We have a designated support team to handle all requests.
Refund will be processed only for orders which are pending for shipping. If you have any issues or errors in your order or you would like to order more coffee, please contact us within 12 hours of order confirmation. We can definitely accept your request..
In case a refund is requested post dispatch of the order, refund will be processed only on confirmation of "Order returned to origin". Shipping charges based on weight will be deducted and processed in the final amount.
